The original station was located near the Ester Gold Camp built by volunteers. After the move to the new station, the original was turned into the Firehouse Theater. The current station was originally built in 1982 with four bays, a front lobby/office area, and a training room.The final addition was completed in 2008 providing three more bays, and dormitories for resident firefighters and volunteers.
